Returns & Exchanges

 We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

We want you to love your Lotus Tribe Clothing, if for any reason you decide it isn't right for you, we gladly accept returns on new unworn items for exchange or refund. 

Items cannot be returned if they are worn or not in its original condition.

Intimate items (such as underwear) cannot be returned or exchanged due to health/hygiene reasons - unless they arrive damaged or defective and are unworn.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchanges will be shipped free of charge.

How to initiate a return :

1. Reach out within 7 days of delivery by email at lotustribeclothing@gmail.com

You will receive a Return Authorization number.

2. Dispatch items back within 14 days of delivery

Include the RA# on the package. Use original packaging if possible.  

3. Upon receiving your return an exchange will be shipped or refund issued.
